I think you are right. Thanks for the info and summary.

A good friend of mine recently took a cave course from Kevin, and had a go on the Boris. He was very impressed with the low WOB (his exact words were "... like breathing without the unit!") so that sparked my interest, again.

But I still haven't able to convince myself about the size/weight of the unit yet. And as you have pointed out, it is an unit more suitable for expedition-type diving which I don't do at all.

However, there are still technologies from the unit that I wish would migrate eventually over to smaller-size units that I dive.
