Thanks also to Simon Lawrence (gadget) and julie for the help, support, advice and a general good laugh, though at times being the subject for Andy and Simon playing lets see how much kit we can unclip from him games! was a tad stressing, however one of the unexpected advantages of a breather is the ability to swear at people very clearly underwater...
However, I am always aware the end result of Andy's intensive training and games are increased skills and confidence. So all in all I had a great time, oh apart from the tunnel at Hodge ( I am 6ft4.) oh and also smacking myself in the nadgers trying to connect my pee valve at Wastwater...
