| Defining specs of my Meg: Help !

Here is a decription of my standard dives: 4 to 5 dives a week-end in the 30-60m range [dil = air] about 50 to 90mn each. This is 2/3 of the time. Remaing 1/3 of the time
is 2 to 3 dives / week-end in the 60-80 m range [dil = Tx of course]. About twice a year is a week long dive trip to the Med (France).
Questions:
1) Scrubber canister: Would you advise a mini or full size Meg ? I'm not interested in the Extendair option. Cis-lunar seems to be over-kill for my needs. I'm pretty happy with the compact size of my Kiss w/ AL 13's tanks. I'd like to keep this compactness on the Meg.
2) Counter-lungs: only experience I had with over the shoulder CLs is an Inspiration "pool experience": I found them a bit obstuctive [this is one of the reason I chose the Kiss originally]. Would you advise the standard CLs or neoprene? What is the size increment? FYI, I have 4L inhale + 2L exhale on my Kiss. Together with other cavities, I estimate my total loop volume to be close to 8L. That's perfect for me. Need the ADV.
4) Electronics: APECS vs Sheartwater? I read that the Shearwater electronics is a popular option with automatic SP switch & deco. I'll take the HUD for sure. I like the one handset feature vs 2.
I dive with a VR3. How do the electronics deco algo compare? Is it possible to plug the VR3 into the loop? Is it really a plus to do it?
5) finally... Price?
