Which version of the Jetsam displays do you have? IIRC there are two types of casings and at least four types of PCB's.
I only came across this diversity when getting my 3rd generation displays in 2nd generation casings repaired.
It would seem a few additional "issues" arose with the move to the clear display casing and black twist on/off backs, most seem to have been resolved with the latest set I have. I believe the material of the clear casings has been changed and the screw holes and screws are longer as standard, the twist on/off switch also seems more robust.
More interestingly the PCB's inside are now unpluggable, I think this must be the 4th revision to the PCB's?
I'm relatively happy with this setup apart from the batteries, which seems to be a constant problem, the voltage drop with age seems to badly degrade the displays PPO2 monitoring performance and much faster than the 20hours plus which is often banded around (hence iminent arrival of Shearwater computer

)
