Re: A Public Thank-You to APD

It is good to see that APD have improved their customer service, after some of the stories that have been posted on Rebreather World in recent months. Nobody wants to wait for 7 weeks to get the head and handsets back ... Based on the other responses to this post, the experience seems to be consistently good.

I would love to think that APD have been listening to their customers and have acted on the bad press they got.

Good news indeed!
