AFAIK, I think not. However, the orifices come with an after-manufactured tolerance range stated on the label. I don't think you will get one down to 0.003" but check if:

a) yours has higher + tolerance range
b) swap with a lower - tolerance range

Otherwise, you will have to:

a) use a lower IP, and switch to a variable flow valve when diving deeper than the IP allowed.
b) get more muscle mass which metabolize more O2
