Re: Dolphin like Rebreather

Hi,

now I have some pictures.

be aware it is just a prototype and the finish will change

at the moment the housing is made from steel. the counterlungs are from MSR (6 Liter, because I need the length) and Ortlieb (4 Liter).

The scrubber is vertikal between the both counterlung. the exhale counterlung is connected at the bottom of the scrubber. there is also a Overpressure / dumpvalve (it should be possible to drain some water).

The scrubber is 25cm in hight and has a inner diameter of 9cm. All connectors are at the moment P-Plugs.

TR300sc open all assembled together.

TR300sc inhale side (top) the bypass is missing

TR300sc exhale side (bottom) with the overpressure valve.

TR300sc top with breathing hose connected (bypass still missing :-) )

TR300sc with two 2 liter cylindes connected.

TR300sc complet with closed housing.

enjoy

I`am now looking for someone who can me help with the counterlungs. It will be better when I can get some who are fits better. I know this is very difficult, because no facturing will produce just a couple of them.

for the housing I will do this in kevlar.

the scrubber parts are ready for a cnc drilling mashine.

Holger
