I have bought several things from Jakub over the last year or so. One time, something was on back order. So, he emailed me in less than 24 hours from receipt of my Internet payment, asking if I would prefer a refund or to wait the 30 days or so until receipt of the product. Jakub has also been responsive to emails whenever I have had questions both before and after purchase. So, I would have zero concern about doing business with him if I were you.
Productwise, I have had two of his backup (LOLA) lights for about six months now. I have another friend that has been using them for about eight months or so. They are awesome. Great quality and construction. So, I would not have concern about the products if I were you.
