Weighting oh isnt it a joy :-)

what I personally found was that I was WAY over weighted when I first started and I ended up taking off huge amounts of weight as I progressed which really helped out....

Now in warm water diving I use some counter lung weights and thats it - If I put on my dry suit the old boouyancy rockets up so I need 5kg - 11 pounds which I have on my harness at hip level.

that probably doesnt help you much....sowwwy!
