I like the idea. I will do my part by taking care of all of the sketchy looking people around my neighborhood. Seriously though, I would help you put something together. I don't know if we could do anything to stop them from getting stolen period b'c I would assume the scumbag capable of doing such things would oftentimes not know what they are stealing.
