Just as a follow up...
Mike's service from Protec was AMAZING, great people there not only for service but friendliness and conversation. I'll be visiting them soon and booking all my dives w/ them next time
I recommend them to anyone going to the cozumel/playa del carmen/cancun area.

p.s. for fills i simply went to the coz. filling station...turned out to be a LOT cheaper than going through dive shops. I didnt check w/ Dive Cozumel (Rolando) but another shop I checked with it was much more expensive.
