I love discussions over WOB, they are based on scientific studies resulting invalues that, well, scientists can understand. Me, I think there is one factor that is difficult to gauge and that's my 'feeling'. I 'feel' that the breathing charactorisics of an Ouroborus are different from any other rebreather I have dived over the past 8 years, my 'feeling' is that I will get used to the way the Ouroborus breaths and I have a 'feeling' that if I panic breath no matter what CCR will not give me enough gas.

The hydrophobic membrane sounds cool, I will probably buy one and if I don't like the way it breaths I will sell it. Kevin is a cool chap and I trust him enough to buy one of his CCR's but if I don't 'feel' right with it I will sell it, despite what the scientists say!
