What is the benefit of adding the oxygen monitor kit upgrade to the VR3 to a Dolphin SCR for recreational diving?
If I get that upgrade, what will it allow me to do, monitor, warnings, etc?
For example, if my scrubber starts channeling, or my Nitrox airflow is reduced in the demand valve, will it warn me of a problem with too much/too little O2 or CO2 in my inhalation bag?
Thanks,

Hi Red.
The VR3 will "only" monitor your oxygen level, CNS, OTU and decompression obligation.
CO2 monitoring for rebreathers does not exists yet.
I think it is important for you to monitor your oxygen level in SCR mode, as this will give you a warning if f.ex. the nitrox flow is reduced.
