Lightbulb Looking for ideas on rebreathers

Hi everyone, I'm just looking for ideas on hooking up a HT50 ventilator to a rebreather. Always looking for more ideas. One of my friends had an idea of hooking up my vent to his inspiration rebreather. Others think I should use an oxygen rebreather, so it's less hi-tech. something like the one on this link. http://www.aliensofthesea.com/Castoro/C96.htm

The HT50 ventilator can handle 33 feet and it weighs 12# (8"h x 8"d x 12"L). The internal battery last for nine and half hours and totally sealed. We will have a back up battery to. We will need to make a water tight housing for the vent. In the water tight housing we would put controls like a camera housing has to be able to change setting if needed on the vent. If anyone want's to know more about the vent just ask me and I will e-mail the manual.

We're only planning to go 20 to 30ft, at the most. Might go deeper someday. We could use an Evolution, but probably do not need something that hi-tech.

I want to start working on getting my Nitrox certification. Also, eventually my rebreather certification.

Take care and safe diving everyone. Matt
