Hi from Charles.

Hello all,

I'm a cavediver (my webpage is <http://solocavediver.com>), I'm trying to build a small simple CCR that can be taken into caves with suitable o/c backup. At present the thing works when it feels like it but the electronics floods when it doesn't feel like it, so it is not yet considered at all trustworthy.
A key feature (which makes the watertight electrics slightly harder to achieve) is that I reckon most r/b related deaths occur because the victim didn't know his PO2, therefore only a full, always active, digital heads up display for each sensor will do. I am experimenting with sealing small digital millivoltmeters in epoxy, then attaching them to the end of the mouthpiece/butterfly valve unit.
My latest open circuit holiday is detailed (with some pics) on <http://solocavediver.com/flor.html>.
