Hi Group,

Yesterday was my first Coldwater dive (42f), except for my class which was back in October. I noticed that I had a hard time from stopping myself from exhaling thru my nose. It was a little alarming to say the least. I have heard that this was due to the cold water and with more time I will be able to stop and control this behavior. Any tips or tricks is well appreciated
If you work on getting to minimum loop volume, that seems to help this condition that you are having.
