Personally I opt for:
ADV for inboard
BOV direct from offboard only
This maximises my options whilst minimising common failure paths. Of course if the mouthpiece explodes, then I'm stuffed. LOL!

EDIT: trimix dils/ bail-out are minimum 15% o2 so everything is breathable at the surface.
