I use 6kg with my drysuit and this rig, which has an aluminum shell from JDZ on this board, steel tanks and SS plate from www.tmishop.com. My unit is heaverier than a stock dolphin but it puts the weight exactly where I want it in the centre of my back not down low. Weight belts give me lower back problems.
