Got a dump, but it's localised at the bottom of inspiration CL, so, it's a difficult to use it to dump manually (it dumps only on overpressure, but, at this point loop volume had reached a value making me truly buoyant)
My solution is based on the meg's configuration, so things may be different for you, but
I have OPV on the left-side counter-lung
Exhaust valve on the left shoulder
Dump valve on the lower-left lobe of the wing
Assuming you're maintaining horizontal trim, open the OPV on the lung and the exhaust valve on the drysuit. When you need to dump gas, roll to the right so that your left side is highest. Now you will dump gas from both the suit and the loop automatically and with one hand you can reach back & dump gas from the wing.
Roll back to horizontal when done.
