I have had a few conversations with various folks around this, now I would like to run it past you and get your feedback on it before investing time and money in getting it going.
The proposal is to have an annual Rebreather Awards ceremony held at DEMA.
The prizes would be awarded at the Rebreather party arranged by the one and only Tom Rose.
We would have various catagories and a pseudo gold statue award
for the winners.
Categories would include various sections which we would all discuss but some ideas to start the chat off could be...
1 - Most innovative new product
2 - Best customer support
3 - Rebreather friendliest destination
4 - Rebreather life time award for services to rebreatherhood
Various best new xxxx
I have some ideas of how it woudl all work / voting etc but lets see what you all think...
Well enough of me rambling so what do you all think?

A fine idea.
It would be a priviledge for anyone to be presented with an award from the nutski himself.
Dont forget our version of the wooden weight belt, I'm sure there is an old regulator we can spray gold and mount on a block of balsa.
