I think it "seems" that way... in reality I think we get just as many issues but whereas with a YBOD you generally need to start pushing buttons, e-mailing APD for advice and hooking up laptops and the like, we can resort to hammers, spanners an o-ring or two and some silicon grease and its all working again.
Equal level of issues just a more DIY friendly path to their resolution
