The new one Gordon showed me at DEMA was a bit more streamlined
than the current one, with a lever on top to switch from OC to CC.
Rather than a large twist knob.

The main difference though were the one way valves, they were side hinged
like a submarine hatch, rather than center mounted. That appearantly allows
for good stiffness (needed to seal) while opening with quite a bit less effort.

From conversations with Gordon, Tracy and Pete, there seems to be a fine
line between sealing and WOB, and it's based on the flexibilty of the valve.
Thinking out of the box once again, Gordon seems to have found a way.
I miss him

Jonny is correct regarding the manufacture of the current BOV, it's the limiting
factor in Jetsam's capabilities. It's time and money consuming.

Karl, remember that Gordon was a toolmaker by trade. He build anything from a compressor to a WOB testing machine himself. Helps to keep the costs down. Jetsam is but a small portion of what they're doing up there. Just visit the kiss manufacturing website.
