Jetsam recently told me (when I tried to buy a BOV from them) that they were not available for aftermarket sales at present and they had no idea when they would be. I assume this is due to whatever production they are running now being dedicated to new units (makes sense) rather than retrofits.
So I'd say that until they address supply issues the only "currently available" BOV which you can buy for any arbitrary Rebreather is the DiveMatics.
Injection molding is not cost-effective for small runs (e.g. 10s) but sure is for larger ones (100s+); the mold costs are way out of proportion but once you have them cranking out the parts is both fast and inexpensive.
