2. Tell us how long it takes.
30 mins max including packing the scrubber and the cup of tea while the pos and neg tests run.
3. Do you follow a checklist?
No
4. Is there anything special you do (ie that's not in the normal pre-dive checklist)?
Not that I'm aware of. I tend to measure the batteries and chuck them if it isn't 6 point something.
5. Anything you generally leave out?
I'm not anal about pos and neg tests. If it leaks it's probably round the mouthpiece. Also I don't want to stress the ADV diaphram. If there are no obvious holes I'm happy. I certainly don't start stripping it if it won't go 5 minutes on neg, 5 minutes is a bonus, 30 seconds will do.
6. What takes the most time?
The Tea followed by the scrubber. |
