Paul, as long as you're in the US. Here you go:
3/8-24 unf reusable: Oxycheq or M&J Engineering (Hose repair kit) part#HPK-1000-4

Swagelok push-on fittings: You'll need 3 of them.

Hose: PB-4 is the blue. That's the one they usually have in stock.
PB-4-BK is black; -GR is green and -RD is red. Get about 20ft of it and you'll have spare LP hose handy anytime together with the reusable fittings.

If you add M&J part ADT-2002B to the manifold and one Hose repair kit part#HPK-1000-4 you'll be able to replace the braided hose on the dil side too.
Part ADT-2002B link: http://216.234.178.228/shop/index.ph...3c5cc4299711e7

You can also do this with a BC hose and a BC quick-connect fitted to the manifold: http://216.234.178.228/shop/index.ph...3c5cc4299711e7

Hope this is complete and helpfull
Best
Philippe
