Real estate was also an issue in the choice of small exhaust valves. It gets pretty tight down in that area. The inhalation side of the breathing loop is outstanding. The exhaust side does suffer and nudges the 25 MB line when it starts getting a little deeper ,40M or so. I'd have to look at the loops again. That's where the loss is. Cousteaus guys have been using it for quite some time and feel it works well.
