I found I usually shoot with the power settings between 1/8 and 1/2 power. For some cameras there are aftermarket adapters to fdo TTL.. IF you like to shoot with fixed aperatures you will need an aftermarket controller like the ROC to give you moreower settings on the strobe..

I don't know the capabilitiesof the cameras you are suggesting..
