I plan on .7 to the bottom and then 1.3 from there on including deco.
I dive .7 surface increasing on decent, adjust to 1.3 odd on bottom hold till at 6m where I flush the system back to 1.5 for the remainder of deco etc.
I do check that the CNS isn't silly. It gives me a little room for error.
