The reason I'm interested in using something else is no one seems to make a cam band suitable for 3 litre cylinders. I bought 2 from AP which are supposed to work, but they are too long, the velcro's in the wrong place, and the locking mechanism isn't particularly impressive. If I have to use them, they'll have to be modified, and I don't have an industrial sewing machine!
