On the Ouroborus you could change the harness, wing and backplate (but it would need to be of a similar design to the original) and that is about it.

The unit itself feels heavier on your back than say Inspiration so I would say slapping blooming great tanks on your back would not be an option , it would be very uncomfortable (you would need to be inventive enough to find a way of attaching them). The carbon fibre box is an itergral part of the CCR so a DT type conversion isn't a possibility (in my opinion).

The only bottle addition you could do (apart from side slung tanks) is a dry suit bottle attched to the back plate. Though I would suggest the dry suit bottle runs the wing and the dry suit comes from the sidemount (it would be neater).
