Beware of the fact that a booster is not a scavenger.

Boosters are great for taking 150 bar and turning it into 300bar but offer them 30bar and they just sit and chuff and you wonder if the pressure gauge has stuck.

I have a Haskel 75 and I can boost to pressures that will destroy anything I own but it only has a 20cc cylinder so 150bar supply is 3L surface per stroke and one bar into my 3L rebreather tanks but 50bar in and a 12Lx2 twinset and nothing much happens.

Also I need a 6hp air compressor to run it at a reasonable speed at home.

I like the little thing, I like diving with 240bar on each side, but I still send the Js back with 50bar+ in them so it doesn't save me anything. That said I did a weeks mix diving for myself and a friend from two Js in the car and a 10/300 twinset as the power source and air top.
