Inspired by that o2ptima thread I did start to wonder what ARE the different warranties given by the rebreather makers. Like someone in that thread, I don't think I want to buy a product that only gives warranty to the unit for first owner and consider it a major devaluation of said rebreather when it enters used market.
IMO a manufacturer that believes in his product should be able to give warranty to cover certain time period, no matter if it has been sold to next person or not. Like the said person in that thread, I would not take that kinda nonsense when I buy a car and I don't understand why I should take such nonsense when I buy rebreather either.
So could people update here 100% sure information about the warranty policies for different rebreathers (so I know which ones to strike off from the list of candidates)
