You may referring to the 'Linear Semi-Closed Bail-Out Tables' produced, with much effort I might add, by Geraint Foulkes Jones - his method built on the work by the late Will Smithers and allowed for ascents SCR. I believe Padowan has come up with a fixed-depth spreadsheet that I am sure he will be pleased to send you - PM him.
