A Wiki is a place where people, read anybody, can put information but nobody in their right mind go to look at it because you have no idea how accurate it might be.
Contributing to a Wiki might make you feel good but it is only as good as the worst item in it which, on the average net wiki, is prety dire. If you can tell the good from the bad you probably knew it already.
