Re: Rebreather beach diving?

I don't think there should be any real problems so long as you hose the unit down thoroughly afterwards, perhaps with a hose-pipe and a slow steady jet of water, should get rid of any sand anywhere. I regulary do 'beach' dives but have to admit that they are 'stoney' beaches, but wouldn't let the sand stop me if the dive site was good!
