Re: Undersuits - 100g to 200g ????

I did the opposite. I went from 200 to 100 gram Thinsulate. I just don't need that much insulation here in South Florida. So far, the coldest water I have dived was in the low 60's Farenheit.

I am able to move easier, I dropped a couple of pounds of lead. Yes, it is thinner though I would not say it is half the thickness. After all, the manufacturers do not just put Thinsulate in the suit; there are other layers on top.
