I use the 4th Element Artics

Mmmmmm nice and toasty warm, but probably a bit over kill for over in sunny Malta

Although, you might be able to do away with everything else and just wear the Artics under your drysuit - tops, leggings and nice toasty warm feets with Artic socks

It keeps me more than warm over here at the moment. I wore them all last weekend over 2 days diving in Vobster at 7degC and was sweating buckets... Hmmm pleasant mental image there
