sealing is done with potting the cables both sides, the hud-cable, and the cell-cable: even the side of the molex connectors the cables are interrupted and potted
I agree on the HUD side since I don't think there is any air cavity with everything potted.

However, if you have any compartment sealed at 1 atm (which the gauge shown in the picture above the SPG looks like at 1 atm) than the cable gland will see a true differential pressure at depth.
