Not direct personal experience, but I know someone who used one on a KISS - Mk 2 DSV, the 1st Paragon version which has parallel sides to the mouthpiece rather than the newer slightly elliptical version.

The person that used it reported that they got sore gums/cheeks from the big flaps, but that they thought it worthwhile...
