When water in the loop it will go in the right counter lung (exhale counter lung) who have the over pressure valve, so lying flat (or 45 deg) you will over pressure all the loop by adding manually the dil manual add buton and that will quick out by the opv the water/saliva etc ...
Dil and O2 are added at the same area as between the exhale counter lung and the radial scrubber (before it), so plenty of time to mix before being analysed by the o2 cells
