Alternate Dilluent Inflator

Nigel handles the idea of having two dilluent inflators in his interesting article http://www.combro.co.uk/nigelh/rebreather/
"You can see that my unit has a plate to fit an alternate injector. This allows you to carry two diluent mixes. Admittedly people who dive sophisticated mixes don't seem to have one but if I like it I have it."

Even though I haven’t seen anybody using this idea, an other use for this extra inflator might be the possibility to have a proper bailout dilluent source permanently fixed into it. This would give more alternatives to fix problems without having to connect the LP-hose of the bail out cylinder into the one and only inflator.

How valuable would this somewhat increased security aspect be compared with the investment?
