| Condensation in the Scrubber One of the things to come out of my recent trip was an issue with condensation build up in the scrubber housing.
At 'home' I normally dive every weekend for an hour or so and will strip the scrubber off when I've rinsed the unit down so the condensation in the bucket gets dried up too.
However on the trip, on a liveaboard, I was only stripping the thing down when the scrubber needed replacing. After 5 hours there was a fair bit of water in the bottom, ( all 'fresh' and drinkable when I checked ) but enough that I was starting to get concerned the sorb was going to get wet if I left if much longer.
What do the rest of you do :
Invert and try to drain it into the inhale lung ?
Take the scrubber basket off every couple of hours or so and dry it ?
Is it worth flushing through with dil at the end of the dive to dry the loop out a bit ?
Cheers
