Both are good computers (had both systems) but in my humble opinion the Pursuit is better mainly because of user interface, the vr3 was a bloody nightmare, but the big plus is that it can monitor 3 cells without another box of electronics. I also feared that the buttons would pop off / break as well.

So in my opinion if the Persuit will work with your system then get that.
