hi there's not enough intrest
/ demand to reproduce these aftermarket housings gauged by the response on this forum.
in my experience,most people who have had cracked handset issues with the classic just move onto another unit.
Any way the cracks you are seeing are just a figure of your imagination they don't exist unless you've sneezed on them by accident.
What i can tell you is that 7 months on my shed produced replalcements are holding up nicely.
saying that i did test em by driving a small hatchback car over them ,something the origionals should have been capable of when you look at the track record of the rest of APs products
my advice is pay up and get rid its an expensive short term fix if you decide to stick with em.
