| Here a picture of the stock PRISM base plate with and without the DSS adapter.
The indentations in the lower half of the plate align the scrubber basket and are important as you you don't want unecessary stress on the head and scrubber from less than perfect alignment. That's another reason I like Tobin's solution of an adapter rather than an entire base plate.
