my instructor learned me the same: no diluent changes. Diluent changes are from the "old school", today they use only one diluent, so you can feed the unit using directly the external valve on the counterlung.
The other thing is that if you go deep, you will probably not have the ADV on the unit (no ADV = no problem with it), that's also the way my instructor is doing, so you will have to use the manual diluent injection all the time. I have practiced it and it's not really an issue.
As I am a beginner on Inspiration, I would appreciate all opinions, good ideas, best practices, etc
