Called ISC and they said that there is no formal recommendation on solenoid service. They did, however, say that the O2 will degrade the O rings and that after three years, it's probably time to send it back to them for an overhaul. It figures that I checked right at the start of the diving season.
I got the feeling they would prefer to do the service, but it is not a standard part of a head service unless the customer asks for it to be done. |
