Sorry - only just catching up on this.
I had some d rings welded upright on the bottom bar, which I'm using to clip off my bailouts. It puts the cylinders back in pretty much exactly the same spot as if you were using a Golem or similar butt plate - nicely tucked out of the way.
I got the stand because the std Meg can is too short for me and its uncomfortable of sitting kitted up for a while.
Trims just fine, I have no problem getting horizontal - just move your onboard cylinders up a bit if you need to. I took the equivalent weight off of course.
