As it happens, yes. But was totally my own fault. As I hardly ever wash my kit (apart from the lungs) the shut off slider valve had jammed on to the ADV fitting, when I moved the shut off valve (rotated from facing up the counter lungs to facing down) all the guts inside also rotated. If you remove the top hase and look into your ADV you can see the small black plastic lever that operates on the diaphram. Take care as I ripped my diaphram, got around this by gluing, but had a nervouse couple of dives untill the new one come through.
