the communicator does not store path to particular files, but you will find two directories for upload and download (Download Directory and Upload Directory in HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareAPDAPDCommunicatorSetting s) which should point to what you configured in the software.

the log viewer also stores a directory name (Default Directory in HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareAPDAPDLogViewerSettings) which points to the directory containing your log files.
